Toilets

We want you to shop with us in comfort. That's why we pride ourselves on the accessibility and high standards of our toilet facilities.  These are located in the corridor opposite Costa.  For your convenience, our baby changing room is located next to the public toilets.

Disabled Facilities

We have a Wheelchair service at The Broadwalk Centre which is available by contacting Centre Management or security.

All of our entrances have automatic doors for easy wheelchair access.  We also welcome both guide and hearing dogs.

The disabled toilet is located opposite our baby changing room.  Access can be gained by contacting security via the intercom.  Alternatively, customers can use their own radar key.  For added peace of mind there is an emergency alarm inside the toilet, should you need it.

Cash Machines

There are two cash machines within The Broadwalk Centre.  These are located opposite the Topshop Clearance Store and in the car park next to Sainsbury's.

Mobile Phone Charging Booth

There is a mobile phone charging booth available which charges a vide varity of phones.  This can be located on the pillar opposide Boots.

Metropolitan Police Kiosk

We have an interactive Police information kiosk within The Broadwalk Centre.  This can be used for advice, information or to report minor crimes.  The kiosk is operated by the Metropolitan Police and can be located on the pillar opposite the Topshop Clearance Store.

The Metropolitan Police also hold a Safer Neighbourhood session most Tuesdays* opposite Costa, should you prefer to speak to an officer face-to-face.

Children's Rides and Photo Booths

A number of children's rides are available throughout The Broadwalk Centre.  They are an ideal way to keep our little shoppers happy!

Our photo booths are located opposite Superdrug and M&S for your convenience.

Tomy Toy Machines

There are a number of toy machines within The Broadwalk Centre, offering you the chance to purchase the latest toys and gadgets.  These can be located by our entrances towards both Station Road and our car park.

Sani-Posts

We have three Sani-Posts within The Broadwalk Centre, one at each entrance.  These are an ideal and free way to keep your hands clean and free from germs.

Lost and Found

A lost property service is available at The Broadwalk Centre.  Please call 020 8905 6303 if you have either lost or found an item.

Refreshments

Take a break while at The Broadwalk Centre and pay a visit to our cafe.  Costa offer a menu including a mouth-watering selection of sandwiches, cakes and freshly ground coffees.

Wednesday  8:30am - 7:00pm
Thursday  8:30am - 7:00pm
Friday  8:30am - 7:00pm
Saturday  8:30am - 6:00pm
